As a global trade fair service provider, we are still looking for support for our Customer Care Team, which is responsible for the implementation of our customer projects in the area of participant management and hotel administration. We mainly rely on our in-house software, which will support you in mastering the projects.
Your tasks:
- Planning and implementation of projects including follow-up
- Support of the company’s own software
- Participant registrations
- Invitation management
- Hotel management
- event planning
- Creation of presentations
- Customer and participant support by phone and email
- Customer support at trade fair events
Your profile:
- Completed university degree or at least completed vocational training
- Initial experience in the field of participant or event management
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good written and spoken English (other foreign languages are desirable)
- Service-oriented and confident appearance in changing customer situations
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Quick comprehension and high level of commitment
- Willingness to travel
- Class B driver’s license

To strengthen our dynamic team, we are looking for engineers with a Full Stack developer set of skills who will develop the existing codebase as well as design and deliver new solutions. In this position you will work on different projects for developing Frontend as well as Backend applications, while working in a modern, agile software development environment.
Your Profile:
Must have:
- University engineering degree (TU or HS, with degree of M.Sc.) or an education in software developer or related field.
- In depth knowledge about C# .Net / .NET Core / ASP.NET, JavaScript.
- Knowledge of XML, SOAP and REST WebServices.
- Advanced SQL programming capabilities (MS-SQL).
- HTML, CSS, Bootstrap and/or CSS preprocessors like Sass or Less.
- Very good English skills (spoken and written).
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Angular.
- Knowledge of Server programming: Web application security, HTTP headers, session handling, etc.
- Ajax Toolkit.
- WCF, WPF.
