Highest efficiency in visitor registration and lead management
The event management software EMS has already been used in hundreds of successful event projects. It is always optimally adapted to the respective event and serves as the basis for visitor registration and lead management on site. For you, this means maximum efficiency in the implementation and follow-up of your trade fair or event. The software gives you, as the project manager, the opportunity to access all lead data collected at the trade fair. This includes, for example, address data as well as evaluated information on customers, investment volume or project status. In addition, EMS allows you to conduct surveys and retrieve other statistics. The software can be used with a tablet as well as with a smartphone. Would you like an efficient preparation of lead data for your trade fair or other event? Nothing could be easier. Just contact us.
Our app solutions
An EMS tool in the context of lead management is the associated lead app from XFAIR. It is designed for Windows, iOS and Android operating systems and allows contact details to be captured on the go. The app can be used to enter visitor details and designate a lead owner (one of your employees). It is also possible to generate a questionnaire for further information collection, taking into account existing data (for example, from previous trade shows). In this way, information is processed in a targeted manner without losing important details.
Companies want a large number of guests at trade fairs, congresses, events and other major events. However, the larger the number of participants, the higher the demands on invitation management. From the design of the content to data handling and translation into the desired national languages, a wide variety of aspects must be taken into account.
Handling names and address data in connection with a trade show or event requires skill and system. And this already applies to data collection. On the one hand, the data must be channeled correctly while maintaining an overview of the control of the event. On the other hand, careful attention must be paid to the correct handling in terms of data protection.
The many visitors to an event naturally also require a corresponding contingent of accommodation. At times of a trade fair, congress or other event, accommodation can be scarce and expensive. All the better if a well-functioning hotel management can prevent this.
