A basic prerequisite for this is a functioning lead management, which is connected to the visitor registration and analyses of every qualitative contact.
The associated lead app by XFAIR is an EMS tool in the framework of the lead management. It is designed for the operating systems Windows, iOS und Android and allows mobile registration of the contact data. The app can be used to enter visitor details and a lead owner (one of your employees) can be determined. A questionnaire for information collection can also be generated, in which already present data is taken into consideration (e.g. from previous trade fairs). This allows targeted processing of the information without losing important details.
