Since 2001, XFAIR has stood for innovation in trade fair and event communication.
What began as a small team with a big vision has developed into an internationally active full-service partner. Early on, XFAIR recognized the potential of digital technologies to make communication at trade fairs and events more efficient and more engaging.
With continuous growth, not only did the number of customer projects increase, but so did the demands on service, technology, and quality. Following the move to larger premises in Dachau in 2004, XFAIR relocated to its current headquarters in Unterschleißheim near Munich in 2007 - complemented by sales offices in Hong Kong and Chicago to serve global clients even more directly. In 2024, XFAIR moved into its new premises in Unterschleißheim at Elisabeth-Schiemann-Bogen 1.
Today, XFAIR is one of the leading providers of trade fair and event management in Germany and Europe.
With an interdisciplinary team, state-of-the-art software solutions such as the Event Management System (EMS), and decades of experience, we support international companies at congresses, roadshows, and trade fair appearances — reliably, innovatively, and with a passion for every detail.
