Our projects

Between 8 and 10 April 2025, 460 exhibitors and 12,000 visitors gathered at the Aircraft Interior Expo (AIX) in Hamburg — the world’s leading trade fair for airlines and their supply chain. The focus is on aircraft cabin interiors and the associated passenger experience. XFAIR ensured that our customer was fully supported at this event, which ran in parallel with bauma 2025 in Munich, and provided, among other things, our solution for stand management as well as meeting room management including access control.

From 11 to 13 March 2025, LogiMAT — the world's leading trade fair for intralogistics solutions and process management — took place at the Stuttgart exhibition grounds. Industry professionals meet here every year to provide as complete a market overview as possible and to put expert knowledge transfer centre stage. This year's focus was on topics such as data protection and security, workplace optimisation and digitalisation. XFAIR supported our customer with hotel management, information desk equipment and our My Event App with catering module — more details in the report below.

XFAIR provides our customers with our broad portfolio not only for major projects such as bauma in Munich, globally renowned events like Spielwarenmesse in Nuremberg or international events such as CBST in Shanghai. We also enjoy supporting our customers at smaller events, such as in-house exhibitions. This was the case from 1 to 4 April 2025 in Ditzingen.

In Nuremberg, from 28 January to 1 February 2025, everything revolved around play and fun — true to the "Spirit of Play", the motto of this year's Spielwarenmesse. As every year, the big players, fresh start-ups, buyers from established retail chains and independent retailers came together. Split into 13 product groups, the leading suppliers in the toy industry showcased themselves in the brightest colours — and XFAIR was once again involved as an IT service provider. In the following project review, we show how we were able to support our key account customer both before and during the trade fair.

The International Dental Show (IDS) is held every two years and serves as an industry meeting point where forward-looking technologies for a digitalised and connected dental world are presented for companies, practices and laboratories. In 2025, that meant 2,010 exhibitors from 61 countries across 180,000 m² of exhibition space spread over seven halls. This time, the XFAIR crew was primarily involved on the technical side and delivered at its best.

Messe Frankfurt opened its doors from 17 to 21 March 2025 for exhibitors and visitors of ISH, the world's leading trade fair for water, heat and air. A total of 163,237 visitors from 154 countries came to be informed, inspired and advised at the stands of 2,182 exhibitors. XFAIR not only provided our customer with the Lead App, but also supported them on site with hardware-related technical topics and remotely with subsequent lead refinement. The My Event App was also in use.

Automechanika is one of the world’s largest international trade fairs for the automotive aftermarket. From 10 to 14 September, it once again brought together 4,200 exhibitors from 80 countries and served as the world’s leading B2B innovation and industry platform for the future of mobility. The focus was on the latest trends, technologies, products and services for industry, workshops and trade — explored through a wide range of expert talks, discussions and workshops.

From 22 to 24 October, the Hannover exhibition grounds opened their doors for 1,184 exhibitors from the metalworking sector. At EuroBLECH, manufacturers and suppliers of materials, machinery and tools showcased solutions across the entire sheet metal processing technology chain. The international trade fair offered a unique platform for knowledge transfer and for building global business contacts. XFAIR was on site to support our customer hands-on and ensure smooth operations throughout the event.

From 17 to 22 September, everything at the Hanover exhibition grounds revolved around logistics and commercial vehicles — thanks to IAA Transportation. This year’s focus was on creating a climate-friendly and forward-looking transport system through new and innovative technologies. For that purpose, nearly 1,700 companies from 41 countries showcased their exhibits. XFAIR supported several exhibitors in delivering their trade fair plans.

From 15 to 19 October, the 29th International Trade Fair for Plastics Processing — Fakuma — took place in Friedrichshafen. This year, 1,636 exhibitors presented their products and expertise on topics such as injection moulding, thermoforming and forming technology, various process technologies, recyclates and services, as well as additive manufacturing and 3D printing. Naturally, the XFAIR team was once again on site, supporting our customer throughout the event.

From 26 to 28 November, NurembergMesse set the stage for BrauBeviale. Beverage producers and bottlers of beer, mineral water, soft drinks and juices, as well as wine, sparkling wine and spirits, presented their innovations and developments along the entire beverage production process chain. This year, exhibitors came from 43 countries and, with their products, solutions and services from 19 different product groups, spread across nine halls. From raw materials to filling and packaging through to marketing — visitors were able to take a closer look at every single step. The XFAIR team was once again on site for our customers, supporting them with a wide range of software solutions. In addition, we provided extra equipment beyond the technical gadgets required for the above services, and our technicians were also involved in the cabling of the stands.

AMB 2024 — short for the International Exhibition for Metalworking — took place from 10 to 14 September 2024 at the Stuttgart exhibition grounds. Since 1982, the trade fair has offered exhibitors of all sizes a stage every two years to present new products, technologies, services and concepts.

From 6 to 9 November 2024, Texcare International in Frankfurt am Main offered around 305 companies from 32 countries a stage for their innovations in automation and energy efficiency. Around 15,500 visitors from 122 countries didn't miss the spectacle. XFAIR was able to make our customer's work easier, especially when it came to lead capture.

From 12 to 15 November 2024, topics at electronica on the Munich exhibition grounds included semiconductors, embedded systems, micro and nanosystems, sensors, electromechanics, power supply, system components, printed circuit boards, passive components we could go on for quite a while. In short, electronica is the world's leading trade fair and conference for electronics and has provided an overview of the latest technological developments in the industry every two years since 1964. This year, 3,480 exhibitors from 59 countries took part across 192,000 m² of exhibition space in 18 halls and welcomed around 80,000 visitors. We've compiled XFAIR's key figures in this review.

Around 39,000 interested visitors and seasoned professionals made their way to the far north of Germany for GET NORD. At the trade fair for electrical engineering, sanitation, heating and air conditioning, more than 650 exhibiting companies presented their contributions to the latest industry trends between 21 and 23 November. The international audience and experts were able to exchange ideas about innovative developments and services and expand their network. XFAIR also had the opportunity to take part in the trade fair.

Covering more than 15,000 m² across indoor and outdoor areas at the Munich exhibition grounds, ZEPPELIN/CATERPILLAR was one of the largest exhibitors at bauma 2019 — the world’s biggest trade fair.
