ISH 2025 in Frankfurt

The Challenge

The client was already familiar with the XFAIR Lead App and wished to use it again for the booth staff at ISH in Frankfurt. Additionally, a solution was needed for the ordering process at the booth catering. The client also required a stable internet connection as well as the ability to print name badges for their employees.

The Implementation

The Lead App was configured with customer-specific query values. Thanks to a data import prior to the trade fair, employees could log in with their credentials and thus assign leads to their person and note individual remarks for further processing. To further support the sales staff, XFAIR technicians installed the My Event App on the booked hardware. For ISH 2025, the Documents module was activated, through which our client's employees could access information and presentation materials about their products.
Orders at the booth catering could also be processed via the My Event App. For this purpose, the Catering module was enabled for the XFAIR client: the order was placed and arrived directly in the form of a printed receipt with all relevant information in the kitchen.

Both XFAIR apps were installed on the iPads provided on a rental basis. These were distributed to the booth staff on site. Of course, we were on site and available for questions if needed. Additional hardware included equipping a small info counter with a workstation for printing the ordered name badges and WiFi for the trade fair booth.

The Result

The sales staff at our client's booth were able to capture over 900 leads using the XFAIR Lead App and provide their conversation partners (as well as themselves) with over 10,000 catering orders. As an additional service, our client received specific reports each evening about the orders and the number of leads. The latter were checked directly by XFAIR after the end of each trade fair day, so that errors in the database were eliminated as quickly as possible.
